Season 2025/2026
In October 2025, the orchestra ‘Solistes Européens, Luxembourg’ premiered Christophe’s latest symphonic work ‘The Moss Forest Suite’. It’s a 16-minute Suite for strings, woodwinds and percussion, which was commissioned by the orchestra, with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture in Luxembourg. In December, Christophe released a studio recording of his 7-minute eclectic symphonic composition with variations on the Jingle Bells theme. The premiere took place at the Philharmonie in Luxembourg City under the baton of Christoph König. In February 2026, Christophe participated in his second conducting masterclass, which was held by Maestro Arturo Tamayo. In June, Christophe will return to the Moravian Philharmonic for a masterclass with Maestro Martin Sieghart. The same month, he will work with the Camerata Belgrade at the Orchestral Conductors Academy, under the supervision of Danish Maestro Martin Akerwall.

BIO

Christophe is a classical violinist, pianist, composer, arranger as well as a singer/songwriter from Luxembourg.
His musical training began at the local music school in Echternach and had soon been continued at the Conservatoire of the City of Luxembourg. His passion for composing music himself had already emerged in his childhood and earned him a first prize in the composition competition ‘Artistes en herbe’ in 2010.
After completing his musical education in the Grand-Duchy and eager to go out into the world, Christophe decided to pursue his violin studies abroad. Starting out in Graz (AT), he completed the bachelor’s degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (AU), followed by a master’s degree in Barcelona (ES) the year after. So far, his live performances have included concerts as a soloist and chamber musician in all 3 disciplines, singing, violin and piano.
In recent years, Christophe had become more and more interested in songwriting as well as writing lyrics. This is why he decided to take on another master’s degree in Popular Music Practice at BIMM Berlin (DE). Eight of his own productions have been officially released since 2021. He also appears as a violinist and singer in one scene in the award-winning movie Corsage (2022) by Marie Kreutzer.
Since February 2023, Christophe is a part-time radio presenter and journalist in the classical music department of Luxembourgish radio station radio 100,7 + opus 100,7.
